Follow the day and reach for the sun! A favourite of David Bowie, The Polyphonic Spree look like a religious cult but sound like a choir of red cordial-fuelled indie kids getting high on sunshine. Bringing the sounds of their most recent album, The Fragile Army, but also from their first two albums, The Beginning Stages of- and Together We're Heavy, The Polyphonic Spree will be a force to behold at Splendour, but you can also catch them at The Metro Theatre Tuesday 29 July.
