If a little Gallic chic is your thing, then it’s likely you’ve already been seduced by the smooth instrumental velvet of Nouvelle Vague. Grooving onto the scene in 2004 with their self-titled debut, listeners were entranced by their bossa nova twist on ’80s post-punk classics. Their follow-up, Bande à Part only bred a more heated infatuation. Now you have a chance to see the band live and unplugged, as they hit Sydney to play a selection of favourites, and debut material off their new album. They’ll be taking the stage at the Factory Theatre on Friday 19 December, so momentarily break out of their intoxicating jazz hypnosis to book your places now at Ticketek.
