Being the start of the year means it's also Big Day Out time, and that means another swag of sideshows. While some have completely sold out (Rage Against The Machine, Bjork and Arcade Fire), the majority still have a few tickets left, but don't hold your breath too long. OK, here goes: Krafty Kuts and MC Dynamite play the Beck's Festival Bar 16 January. Dr. Octagon plays the Metro Theatre and Shy Child hit Spectrum 22 January. Unkle plays the Metro Theatre, Battles play the Beck's Festival Bar and Kate Nash plays the Oxford Art Factory all 23 January. Spoon do the Annandale and Dizzee Rascal the Metro Theatre 24 January, before Carl Cox plays the Oxford Art Factory and LCD Soundsystem rock the Enmore Theatre 26 January.
