V Festival adds Beck and sideshows

It is indeed all happening for the organisers of V Festival. With the rumour mill working overtime, confirmation has come in that Beck and New York Dolls will be gracing the stage at Centennial Park on Saturday 31 March and Avica Resort, Gold Coast, on Sunday 1 April. If that isn’t enough to max your credit card, then surely the news of sideshows will make your wallet wince. The following acts are booked to play at The Metro: New York Dolls on Wednesday 28 March, Jarvis Cocker on Thursday 29 and Groove Armada on Friday 30. Phoenix breaks the trend by appearing at The Factory Theatre on Thursday 29 March. Ticket prices are TBC, but all shows will be on sale through Ticketek. See vfestival.com.au for more.
