Old punks never die, they just reform a quarter of a century after breaking up to tour far flung places they’ve never been. Original riot grrrrls, and the very first band to fuse dub/reggae and punk rock, The Slits have reformed as a six-piece band and they’ll be coming to Australia for the very first time in March. Be there to witness history when they play the Golden Plains Festival on Sunday 11 March (see goldenplains.com.au for more), The Corner Hotel in Melbourne on Tuesday 13 March and the Gaelic Club in Sydney on Wednesday 14 March.
