The Gossip hit Sydney

Rocking up early to the Pretty Girls Make Graves gig in Brisbane last year was one of the best choices this writer made regarding gigs in 2006 ‘cause it meant seeing the Gossip, who completely over-shadowed the headliners. Fronted by New Musical Icon (there’s a pun in there for you scenesters) Beth Ditto, the Gossip have infiltrated indie scenes, commercial scenes and even the dance scene. Now they’re returning for the Falls Festival, and also playing a sideshow locally at the Metro Tuesday 11 December.
