Nokia Be Heard Returns For Oz

Author: Daniel Crichton-Rouse

The Nokia Be Heard competition is back for 2007, giving unsigned Australian artists the chance to win a promotional and advertising package valued at $100,000, which includes a professionally produced video clip and exposure on MTV and online. The big news, though, is that this year one of the judges is the esteemed and venerable editor of 3D (hooray). So for the chance to have your music rated and slated by hacks like Nick Jarvis from 3D, Kid Kenobi, Andrew Jackson from MOS, Alex Fletcher from MySpace, Dan Rule from the Annandale, Jess Beston from Universal, Simon Wooldridge from Rolling Stone and Sam Coombes from MTV, visit nokiabeheard.com.au to upload your music clips, along with an image and artist biography before 21 October.
