Mixmaster Mike's Turntablism Trickery Outdone by Backlips Before Good Vibratons Festival

The unofficial fourth member of The Beastie Boys, Mixmaster Mike, has appeared more fickle then even Melbourne's weather when it comes to  sideshows during the Beastie Boys Good Vibrations Festival 2007 tour of Australia.

First a number of sideshows were announced Australia-wide. This was followed by an official announcement that he could only be seen at the Good Vibrations Festival performing with the Beastie Boys.

Today the story has taken a further twist, with a solo gig announced to take place at the Forum on February 17th. He’ll be joined by Rahzel, ex member of The Roots and world champion beatboxer, as well as another of hip hop's legends, New York's DJ JS-1.

Mixmaster Mike is known as one of the world’s greatest turntable technicians, winning the DMC Mixing Championships multiple times, This event will be worth believing the hype about!
