GusGus release their fifth studio album Forever , this time around 'bypassing the brain and heading straight for the heart.'

GusGus have their roots in indie, releasing their first album in 1996 on legendary renowned label 4AD. Three albums followed ('Polydistortion', 'This Is Normal' and 'Gus Gus vs. T-World'), after which the twelve-member strong group were whittled down to three, Biggi Veira, Earth and President Bongo, alongside new female singer Earth, aka Urður Hákonardottir.

These days they're more dance-oriented, releasing on Great Stuff and Darren Emerson's label Underwater. For their new album, GusGus have called in the vocalists - Pall Oskar lends his voice to 'Need In Me' and Aaron-Carl guests on 'Hold You' - while they've got a big lineup of dance producers booked for the 12"s to follow: Moonbootica, Diringer, Mark Bell, Thor, DMS, Patrick Chardronnet, Tim Deluxe and Greg Churchill !!

Album has some beautiful lush electronic moments mixed in with some club friendly tech house .Forever is all about having fun on the dancefloor to monstrous hooks, powerful vocals and big fat melodies.
