Brooklyn ‘Queen Of Soul’ Sharon Jones and her Dap-Kings band will give The Gaelic Club a raw funk workout on Thursday 20 April. The former gospel singer delivered her debut album Dap Dippin’ in 2002, sparking several years of non-stop worldwide touring. When she and her entourage grace Sydney, they’ll be joined by Melbourne trio Cookin’ On Three Burners, Katalyst doing a funk set and DJs Simon Caldwell and Regal.
