Newtown Festival returns

The Newtown Festival is back again this year with one major change - no BYO booze. But there will be bars inside and a massive range of entertainment to alleviate your sobriety, including bands Waiting For Guinness, Blue King Brown, King Tide, CODA, OKA, Radical Son, Stiff Gins, Elena Stone, Botanics, Snuff Puppets, The Ramblers, Declan Kelly and The Honey Palace. There’ll also be DJs Ollo, Bass Kleph, Bentley, Bec Paton, Sub Bass Snarl and Rif Raf at the 2ser tent and Q&A sessions with writers Kate Grenville and David Malouf at the Writers Tent, amongst the markets and many other distractions.
