'Silence The Sirens' is the 2nd dynamic full length release from unique MC and mastermind producer duo Muph & Plutonic.

Taking inspiration from daily life and social circumstances, Muph & Plutonic provide an understanding reflection of the struggles and joys of life, all the while keeping a positive outlook with hints of humour throughout.

Referencing Greek Mythology, the title 'Silence The Sirens' gives listeners an indication that this album highlights that it's possible to live life in your personal world but cleverly emphasizes that it is near impossible to silence the outside forces.

'Silence The Sirens' is comparable to 'Hunger Pains' in that you can expect evocative lyrics and polished beats from Plutonic. It is evident from the first listen that this next instalment is more developed, experimental and detailed, conveying Muph & Plutonic's growth as artists and people.

Muph's sincere style of "life music" expertly utilises the English language to create relevant lyrics that place him on the plane of the listener. From the plethora of emotion on 'Colour Of Fire,' a raw track that instantly commands attention, to the ambience of 'Silence The Sirens' which features other-wordly vocals that encapsulate the concept of the album, reflecting the diversity of Muph & Plutonic.

Through infectious head nodding pieces to slower, atmospheric tracks that allow the listener to appreciate the refined beats, there are guest appearances from Fat Lip (The Pharcyde), Pegz, Urthboy (The Herd), Raph Boogie & BVA (Mnemonic Ascent), Ivens (Awakenings Crew) and Red Ghost, an Australian singer songwriter who worked with Muph & Plutonic on 'Lost Ones' providing soulful vocals that meld throughout the track.

All production on 'Silence The Sirens' is handled by Plutonic and to create a multi-dimensional feel, live instrumentation has been incorporated with Toroniks on bass and guitar and Derm on electric piano. The sophisticated beats have been finished with cuts by Slap 618 and DJ FX.

The up-tempo, sharp track 'Walking Tightropes' contemplates juggling life issues, finding a balance and where you fit in. 'Walking Tightropes' will be complemented by an innovative film clip produced by Award Winning director Anto Skene.

Muph & Plutonic will be taking their legendary live show across Australia for their National Album Launch Tour. This 14 show journey will demonstrate to their ever growing fanbase why they are now considered one of the country's best live acts.

Muph & Plutonic's aim is and always has been to make music with integrity. In a time when Hip-Hop artists are striving to achieve commercial success, Muph & Plutonic have released an album that speaks honestly on making music, local culture and attitudes. Silence The Sirens captures the essential heart of authenticity.
