Lee Burridge decides to sojourn in New York City this fall after an intense excursion at Burning Man for the first time and sharing his music in the bartering spirit of the Playa. Now basing his '365' project once again in NYC, he launches three new residencies in New York, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

In Los Angeles, Lee Burridge's '365' residency will mark the grand opening of Giant Saturdays at their new home - Vanguard (6021 Hollywood Boulevard) on September 9th. He'll be joined by Crosstown Rebels head honcho Damian Lazarus in October and other special guests TBA. This will be the first of four monthly dates though December 2006 on the Funktion One sound system. The Mexico City residency will be heralded with an October cover story in DJ Concept magazine.

The New York City residency will be presented by Made Events across three unique venues. The series will launch with a debut gig with James Holden at new clubbing mecca Pacha New York on Friday, September 29th, which has already played host to the world's greatest DJs Erick Morillo, Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, Jeff Mills, Sven Vath etc. Borrowing on all that Gotham has to offer, each monthly residency date will take hold at a different, exciting new venue with the requisite secret afterhours to follow. On this different approach to residencies, Lee Burridge says, "NYC has so much to offer in terms of clubbing, why limit myself to the same old space. Each venue provides a unique experience for me and the clubbers - each night will be an exciting adventure!" Each subsequent NYC date/venue will be announced after each NYC gig with special guests to be announced.

Lee's '365' production work with local producers all over the world during the last year will see light on his new label Almost Anonymous. Lee goes on to describes the label name, "the idea is that it's a throwback to the days when dancefloor producers actually were semi-anonymous. Nowadays producers are DJs and DJs are rockstars. Next up, look for my booking agency called Almost Famous!" The first release on Almost Anonymous will be Lee Burridge & Dan F "Treat Them Mean To Keep Them Keen" due for release in October 2006. This will be followed by Lee Burridge & Steve Porter 'Dirty Panty Ho Wrestlers,' already being touted on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1 Essential Selection Mix Show.

Lee continues to share his travels with sharp with and humor in his DJMag.com 365 Diary. He regularly recounts his city-by-city residencies along his '365' world tour.

Despite no shows planned as yet for across our local shores, you can still check out his latest adventures in Australia. You can also vote for Lee Burridge in the annual DJ Mag's Top 100 Poll .
