Hilltop Hoods win J Award

There were few gasps of surprise at the Gaelic Club when Hilltop Hoods were announced as the winners of the 2006 J Award for Best Australian Album of the Year. The Hard Road triumphed against stiff competition from the indie, rock and pop sectors, and the lads from Adelaide were suitably humbled, declaring, “This is an absolute surprise. The J Award is probably more important than any other award we've won.”
