By now should be aware of who took home the gongs at this year’s DMAs, but if you missed Friday night’s action at Home Nightclub - here are the highlights. The night belonged to The Hilltop Hoods who took out a massive six trophies, including best single (The Hard Road), Best Album and Best Hip Hop Act. Headline act the Midnight Juggernauts took out Best Debut Talent gong, Kid Confucius walked away with Best Urban artists and man of the year Ajax took out the Best DJ Award. Let’s also not forget Mark– the very happy chappy who came into 3D’s offices last week to pick up over $5,000 worth of DJ equipment as winner of the DMA voting competition. Mark was a little gob-smacked at the size of his booty, but did manage to tell us that he’s “definitely getting back into DJing” now. The full list of winners is available online at www.threedworld.com.au/dma.
