Hot on the heels of the radio smash 'Its About To Blow' which spent an incredible 20 weeks in the Aria top 40 charts, comes the silky smooth 'Rock Ya Baby', the second single from DJ Peril's debut solo album 'King of the Beats'.

In hip hop terms, DJ Peril is a national treasure, having played an active part in the developing urban scene since 1983. As a DJ, Peril has been hosting club nights and doing the club circuit for well over a decade, week in week out blending together warm funky music to gets people butts-a-shakin'. As a producer Peril has made a real name for himself. Leading the acclaimed 1200 Techniques to national fame, as they became the first urban outfit to win an ARIA in 2002 for their single 'Karma' and then sell more than 60,000 albums. As the second single from DJ Peril's soon to be released 'King of the Beats' album, this killer new track 'Rock Ya Baby' is sure to do the business over the coming months. With contributions from silky smooth American soul/rnb artist Rahsaan Patterson and raps from MC Surreal, 'Rock Ya Baby' is a hip-jiving gem with more hooks than Rex Hunt's tackle box.
