Compilation News - Luke Chable & Kosmas Epsilon feed the Addicted Platipus

Melbourne's Luke Chable remixed the Platipus classic 2 Full Moons and A Trout in 2006 and it was through this meeting that Platipus discovered his 'dependency' towards the label and how it shaped him as a DJ. Likewise with Kosmos Epsilon (who also remixed '2 Full Moons…' on spec.), who shared his 'compulsive' collecting of all things Platipus back in the day.
With over 70 productions and countless remixes attributed to his name, it is testament to Chable's talent that each new release is keenly anticipated by his growing legion of fans. Three of Renaissance's most popular compilations all included Chable tracks - Hernan Cattaneo's, Dave Seaman's and Sander Kleinenberg's. Alongside Dave Seaman, he also mixed one half of the 'This is Audio Therapy' mix CD on Renaissance. His remix portfolio includes Sasha, Bjork and Gus Gus. Collaborating with Melbourne's Phil K, he released the Lo Step album on Global Underground in 2006.
Kosmas Epsilon's first-ever release was a bootleg remix of FC Kahuna's Hayling (Loaded). Charted by James Holden and included in his Balance compilation. Sasha's 'Fundacion' followed, then Nick Warren's GU album 'Shanghai' and four tracks featured on Dave Seaman's 'This Is Audio Therapy' - a massive coup and compliment for any producer. This is Kosmas' first mix CD and he's being hailed as one to watch in 2006.
