Amnesty International Australia’s Freedom Festival is searching for new event co-ordinators and team volunteers in each capital city. While event experience is desirable, it’s not as essential as a true passion for music. The main aim of the festival is to raise awareness of human rights issues, as well as raising funds for AIA. The touring component is set to be headlined by Chris Berry and Panjea (USA), with a local roster of bands and DJs that changes from city to city. The tour will be supported by a Freedom Festival 06 CD compilation, to be distributed by MGM.
