2006 MusicOz Awards open for entries

Australia’s biggest Awards for unsigned and independent musicians are now open, with 18 categories to enter from rock to dance. In 2006, there’s even a call for aspiring camera-wielders to enter in the Channel [V] Best Video Clip category. So, if you’re making original music, you could do a lot worse than logging on to musicoz.org or calling 1800 002 955 for an entry form. This year, the awards ceremony will be televised, with an eclectic panel of judges from radio announcers through to record company bigwigs. Load up the coffee machine, find a muse and get in the studio, cause entries close 31 July.
