After filling The Night Cat on Good Friday Eve with funky people,
groovacious vibes and vivacious beats courtesy of Mr Jigga, the
Tribal Productions crew are back on August 5 to bring you more live
dance music with special guests PTYLTD (Brisbane).

PTYLTD were picked up by US house DJ/producer, JT Donaldson, who
released two 12" singles "Who's Been Watchin' You" and "Feeling Is
Gone", from their debut EP "Liquid Sunshine", with remixes by the
legendary Derrick Carter, Classic label-mate Joshua (a.ka. Iz from Iz
& Diz), and Donaldson himself, on his then virgin, Gallery Records
label.

During this time, their debut album "You Should Be Like This More
Often" was released to critical acclaim, and they embarked on a mini
world tour touching down in Kathmandu, Tokyo, LA and Chicago. Two
singles "Treat Me Like That" and "Elevator Lovin'", were released,
the latter remixed by DJ Blade of Jesto Funk, and now in Danny
Tenaglia's record box.

PTYLTD have performed constantly at clubs and festivals around
Australia such as Woodford, Falls and Good Vibrations, and supported
numerous internationals including Moloko, Dimitri from Paris, Carl
Cox and JJ Hernandez.

Blending ol' skool and nu skool with classic souled out vocals, the
trio are reinventing funky house music and creating a groundswell
both home and abroad. PTYLTD are preparing for the release of their
new album in Italy and an upcoming European Tour, but first will be
putting the final touches on their second album, and launching their
limited edition vinyl promo "Trying To Leave" with remixes by Crazy
Penis, Craig Obey, Julian Love and Goodwill.
