A travel agent in Tasmania Australia has announced he'll no longer sell tickets to fly to Bali if Schapelle Corby is convicted of smuggling pot by Indonesian authorities.

The 27 year old beauty student could still be executed by firing squad if found guilty, though most media commentators are predicting she'll soon be sentenced to life in jail, despite the dubiousness of the case against her.

Speaking to wire service AP, Tony Foster, who runs Harvey World Travel and is also a local mayor, insisted he's making a personal statement, however, rather than trying to mobilise a boycott.

"A lot of the time when people come in they are looking at two or three different destinations. If they are still interested (in Bali), I will say there's a travel agent around the corner that can help you," he said. "It is an individual thing for me. Mind you, a lot of people feel the same way I do. I am just in a position where I can voice my personal protest," he explained.

Meanwhile in the United Arab Emirates, British mum Tracey Wilkinson was released on bail after spending two months in a hellhole Dubai jail on ridiculous drugs charges and warned tourists and travellers "Don't come to this country'. Ms Wilkinson tested positive for codeine as she prepared to leave the Gulf state after a holiday, and despite explaining she'd taken the widely available medicine in Britain was chucked into jail straight from the airport.

"It's horrendous how they treat people here. You're guilty until proved innocent. What chance do you stand- I am innocent," the 44 year old mother told the Daily Mirror. "I am just frustrated. I haven't got a clue what's going on. They (UAE authorities) don't tell you anything. Don't come to this country," she urged.

Ms Wilkinson became infested with head lice and seriously ill with dysentery during her detention and continues to face 4 years in jail if found guilty. Codeine is present in over-the-counter remedies such as Nurofen Plus in the UK, meaning anyone who's taken so much as a headache pill in the last month (or smoked a joint!) should avoid UAE at all costs.
