"Renaissance presents Pacha Ibiza' returns with the second volume in the series.
' Pacha Ibiza' is a 44 track, 3 CD soundbite from the Isle's most famous club.
And what a line-up! Following on from where Wally Lopez, Kiko Navarro and Neneh Cherry left-off, 2005 welcomes the mighty collective of David Morales, Trevor Nelson and Jade Jagger; each mix once again representing one of the famed rooms from within Pacha itself.
Creative Director Danny Whittle says, "I am delighted with the line-up we have pulled together for this years album. It really represents the forthcoming season, hitting a balance between long term relationships (David) and our new-found friendships (Trevor and Jade). "
'Renaissance presents Pacha Ibiza', welcomes jewellery designer, Ibiza-dweller, semi-reformed wild child of Mick & budding DJ Jade Jagger to the fold.
Jade has joined the Ibiza superclub's promotion team, hosting her Friday night 'Jezebel ' parties at Pacha. One of Jade's ongoing projects has been the pursuit of introducing different kinds of music to the Ibiza scene. Consequently, she has been largely responsible for bringing urban music to the island's club scene and Pacha enjoys residencies from the likes of Trevor Nelson, Mark Ronson Andy B & Neneh Cherry oweing to her efforts.
On her mix for Pacha Ibiza , she features tracks from Muddy Waters, Aretha Franklin,Outkast, Erykah Badu & Mystikal.
R&B DJ Trevor Nelson presents his first mix cd in 4 years with tracks from Tribe Called Quest, Raphael Saadiq, Akon & Roy Ayers while David Morales brings us a top class house mix featuring tracks from Blaze, David Guetta, Dennis Christopher & Soulshaker.
