A German court heard this week how a 41 year old German man killed a butchered a man he met on a gay DBSM (bondage) website, stored body parts in the fridge and fed other parts of his victim to his cat, in the latest cannibal killing to shock Germany

41 year old Ralf M reportedly confessed that he'd been unable to restrain his fantasies hearing about Armin Meiwes, who killed and flambeed internet lonely heart Bernd-Jurgen Brande last year, and set out to emulate him with a similar strategy.

While Meiwes advertised for "young, well-built men aged 18 to 30 to slaughter', Herr M reportedly placed an ad seeking a "svelte man, around 30, for a holiday roast dinner' on a hardcore bondage dating site, attracting 33 year old Joe R.
When the pair met last October, Herr M tied up his victim then stabbed him repeatedly with a screwdriver before dismembering him and placing his heart, kidneys, liver and chopped off penis in the fridge to be eaten later. Police also found his torso, legs and arms scattered around the killer's apartment.

Herr M "s lawyer Detlev Binder said his client had been directly inspired Armin Meiwes, reflecting comments Meiwes made at his own trial, suggesting there are up to 800 active cannibals at large in Germany.

"There are many others like me out there," Armin told German newspaper Der Sontagg presciently warned last year, "Many others."

Chatting to Skrufff last year, East Berlin trance star Paul Van Dyk, however, dismissed Meiwes case as a one off, declaring, "I don't think it was too bad for Germany's image."

"Of course, he's an absolute weirdo and of course he was wrong but I don't think anyone seriously believes that all of us in Germany are potential cannibal killers. He was one geek, one freak; every country in the world has its weirdoes. And in some countries those weirdoes are even President," Van Dyk quipped.

Fellow electronic music producer Andre Abshagen, aka PET, was less flippant declaring "I think it's unfortunate that Meiwes is a German guy, because all the other nations already think Germany is a barbaric country because of Hitler. It's not very good for the image of Germany," Andre told Skrufff.
