"Get your dub on" Saturday March 5th

Dave Taylor, as Solid Groove Productions, has established himself as a capable producer with a defining style. He has recently delivered innovative productions and remixes for some of the industry's biggest names and labels.

His many different guises - Solid Groove/Switch/Induceve/Modeler - reach diverse audiences in club music from listeners of Giles Peterson to Pete Tong and from DJ's, Lottie and Ralph Lawson to Kenny Dope.

As Switch, he dropped the killer 'Get Your Dub On' on Freerange Records in 2003 and has been gaining exposure ever since with remixes for Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Audio Bullys and Faithless.

Dave continues to record as Solid Groove, releasing quality 12's and experimenting across genres from peak-time club tracks to cutting edge underground classics. Induceve, is a partnership with Jesse Rose, and brings an exclusively underground sound to Dave's growing catalogue. They are currently putting the finishing touches to their first album on Classic.

Finally, Modeler, a project in its infancy, leans towards Dave's take on all things more techy and has already gained underground status after the debut "Island Life" EP.

Dave set up his own label, Dubsided, as an outlet for bringing through new talent and collaborations. After just four releases, Dubsided has become an essential label for some of the world's leading DJs and collectors.

An eclectic interest in club music means that as a DJ on the international circuit, he is capable of rockin' all types of parties, from the Winter Music Conference, European festivals to Fabric and the End.

Dave's technical ability as a producer transfers to his club sets, bringing exclusive edits and versions of the latest big dance-floor tunes.
