EQ Welcomes: DISTINCTIVE / DISTINCTIVE BREAKS

Stomp is now the exclusive Australian distributor for the Distinctive label, including sub label Distinctive Breaks.

With such legendary artists as Hybrid , Dub Pistols & Way Out West already on there roster, Distinctive are ready for a big year in 2005. Freshly signed to the label is Ils with his new album Bohemia & Chris Coco with his forthcoming album Heavy Mellow. Both albums are scheduled for release in June.

Distictive Breaks is home to the legendary Y4K series, that has established itself as the number one breaks compilation series in the world. In order to maintain its global appeal Y4K continues to pick the best breaks DJs and producers from across the globe.

The next Y4K breaks album has been recorded by long serving breakbeat aficionado Ali B. Ali B follows in a long line of DJs that includes Hyper, Tayo, Koma & Bones, FreQ Nasty, Dub Pistols, Ils, Uberzone, Hybrid, Soul of Man and Phil K.

The album release will be supported by an Australian tour in June, dates to be advised.
