It has been a long time between outbreaks but the unusual condition is still spreading rampant throughout dance floors around the globe.

Have you been 'losing total control' of your limbs-

Have you been experiencing desperate urges to let loose on the dance floor when you hear luscious minimal grooves-

If you answer yes to all questions, it seems that you are experiencing symptoms of the unusual condition aptly named 'the cutfunk buzz'. This condition has been a reaction to minimal-esque sounds and is said to be very widespread. From Munich to the Motor City, reaching across to Chicago and back to Cologne, infecting Berlin and stretching all the way to Melbourne city and beyond.

So far, the relief rate is high, with organizations and individuals around the globe providing sounds and musical havens to satisfy the urge - from Kompakt to Playhouse, Force Inc to Perlon, Ricardo Villalobos to Luciano, Basic Channel to Klang, Classic to Cadenza, 7th City to Trapez, Mathew Jonson to Matthew Dear, Deep Chord to Data on Dub and this list is almost endless.

Honkytonks have once again been contacted by the Oz Centre for Disease Control in Australia to help with another dose of temporary relief for those experiencing minimal-esque aches and pains. So on Sunday 22nd May, Honkytonks is teaming up with new crew in town - Data on Dub to allow for some low-slung therapy and a bit of 'let loose action' on the dancefloor. The Dub lab will include vibe scientists Toupee, Craig McWhinney, Damian Laird, and Ben Cromack.
