One of the most popular international acts to play at onelove, France's DJ Falcon returns to Melbourne's number one club night for an exclusive show this Saturday 15th January.

Not many people know that before Eric Prydz recorded "Call On Me" sampling Steve Winwood's track "Valerie", Falcon had already played it at onelove a full two years beforehand.

DJ Falcon, along with Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter, make up the highly acclaimed team behind two of the biggest dance hits of the last 18 months, "So Much Love To Give" and "Together". Forming part of Daft Punk's extended family, DJ Falcon stands alongside some well known counterparts such as Cassius and Benjamin Diamond in the 'Daft Crew'.

Starting out working for Virgin France's A&R department, DJ Falcon left to produce for Thomas Bangalter's record label Roule, and in 1999 released his debut EP, appropriately titled "Hello My Name Is DJ Falcon". He then went onto remix "La Mouche" for Cassius, with his particular mix regarded as the one that sent the track over the top.

As a DJ, Falcon plays all the best clubs and festivals across Europe, bringing his twisted, filtered disco sound to places including Pacha, Back To Basics and Tribal Gathering.

Joining DJ Falcon this Saturday at The Prince will be respected onelove residents John Course and Grant Smillie, with a special appearance by onelove and Bodyrockers' own, DJ Kaz, in his last Australian show before heading back to Europe after a triumphant Summadayze performance.
