Lasergun, Meccanoid, Honkytonks and Stable Touring presents Bangkok Impact LIVE (Finland) and
DJ TLR (Netherlands)

Over the last 5 years many electro names have flashed and faded, but always at the forefront of underground funk has been the West Coast sound of Holland. Names like I-F, Legowelt and Alden Tyrell, and more recently the disco-commando himself BANGKOK IMPACT have been consistently bringing out electro-gold on labels like Creme Organization, Clone, Klakson, Viewlexx, Bunker 3000, Radius and more. This is Australia's first taste of The Hague and we're giving you the biggest bite first...

Bangkok Impact is the brainchild of Finnish synth savant Sami Liuski. Under various aliases (including 8BitRockers, Putsch '79, Lolita Sträp, The Omni Incentive,  Olavi) he has produced some of the electro movement's finest synth funk, electro and nouveau-disco releases to date.  Music for the floor with 8bit basslines and make out melodics he puts the BANG in Bangkok and you'll be impressed by his Impact...

DJ TLR (aka Mr Clavio) is the hook, line and thinker behind both the Creme label and Euro-Electronix online hub, Global Darkness. Direct from The
Hague, his dj sets include the finest of freak funk, La Haya Bass and chicago traxx - if you can take it, he can shake it...

Representing the Badder Melb-hoff, throwing down disco and electrofunk weapons from inside the box are Lasergun and Meccanoid's very own Robosapiens Dave Pham, Quirk and Not Happy Jan.

Hotter than a toasted tulip, sweeter than a caramelised clog, this is a one night only ride to electronic dissidence.
