Breaking down definitions in sound, UNKLE Sounds explode onto Australia. The UNKLE sub space soundsystem is coming, prepare for an intergalactic trip through broken beat technology on a one way ticket to Never Never Land.

Incorporating 4 decks, samplers and live effects, and featuring James Lavelle and Richard File, the UNKLE live show is an advanced mode of combining cut up turntable skills with hi tech fx and sound manipulation to produce some of planet earth's phattest trip hop beats and left field electro breaks.

Over the last four years and two albums UNKLE have brought together some of the greatest minds in modern beat based music to create one of the most unique signature sounds around. UNKLE's stunning innovation in the sound and substance of beat based production have seen them attract guest appearances and co-productions from; Thom Yorke (Radiohead) Richard Ashcroft (The Verve) Mike D (Beatsie Boys) 3D (Massive Attack), Ian Brown (The Stone Roses) Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age), DJ Shadow and many others.
