"We're not going to stick to our house roots on this one, we want to take it the indie and hip hop way, something interesting," Steve said this week.
"Don't get me wrong, house music is my first love and I've been making it for nearly 15 years, ten years under the Rhythm Masters name, but sometimes you need to experiment with other music to keep you on your toes."
Despite the project's accompanying press release happily labelling the trio 'house hooligans', Steve met his match in Malta several years ago after unwittingly offended a psycho local promoter.
"I got jumped outside a club and got seriously beaten up," he told Skrufff recently.
"Two of his mates kicked the living shit out of me. I had to get on the plane with two black eyes, a broken nose and cuts everywhere. I've still got a broken nose three years on."
