Stomp signs Penalty Recordings

Stomp welcomes Penalty Recordings to its roster of hiphop labels for 2004.

Penalty Recordings is Ryko Entertainments International Urban Division and with the first signings including Ice T's new venture Final Level Entertainment and the Raptivism label, this division is off to an auspicious beginning.

Penalty's first release for 2004 is the new album by The Last Emperor out on Raptivism Feb 23.
