Singapore authorities announced this week that they're planning to legalise oral sex, though only between heterosexual couples, according to a report in local newspaper the Singapore Straits Times.

'One option being considered is to decriminalise consensual oral sex between a male and female so long as it is done in private and both of them are above 16 years of age," Government Law Minister Ho Peng Kee said in a Parliamentary address. The possible oral U turn came months after a local cop was jailed for two years after being convicted of receiving a blowjob from a 16 year old girl.

Meanwhile, in neighbouring Moslem country Malaysia, authorities in the state of Terengganu announced plans to introduce laws banning all working women from wearing mini-skirts and 'figure-hugging dresses', as part of a escalating drive against 'indecency'.

"The PAS (Parti Islam se-Malaysia) government will not tolerate females, including those from different religions, wearing such clothes during working hours," a local government official told Reuters. Dancing is already illegal throughout the ultra-religious West Coast State, though Judge Jules will be DJing some 200km away this Wednesday (January 14) in Malaysia's capital city Kuala Lumpur.
