"When you are making a compilation it's more sensitive than a set in a club. You have more time to think about your selection. We have been playing all the tracks on 'Misch Masch' in our sets and we wanted to use tracks that sat between the lines."

8 years after Ali Schwarz and his brother Basti started working with production partner Peter Hoff as Tiefschwarz, the trio find themselves at the top of London's electro-house tree, both as DJs and producers and Misch Masch highlights both sides superbly.

CD1, as Ali points out, reflects the kind of tunes they spin (like Tiga, Mylo and fellow Berlin based rising star Kiki) while CD 2 pulls together 11 of their remixes, including Mocky, Dj Hell and Trüby Trio. Highlight moments include Think Twice's ITWFM (It works for me)'.
