Medical authorities in Romania charged Naum Ciomu with causing serious body harm this week after the surgeon allegedly amputated a patient's penis

The doctor had reportedly been carrying out a n operation on the 34 year old man's testicles when he made a mistake and lost his temper, leading him to cut off the patient's penis, chopping it into three pieces. According to the Daily Record, the man now faces months of reconstructive surgery, which could cause further problems judging by the case of British penis specialist Dr Ravi Kant Agarwai who was suspended this week after one of his cases went wrong.

According to the Big Issue, Dr Kant fluffed a penis enlargement operation so badly that Mr A was left with a member that was 'black, deformed and smaller than before'. Mr A reportedly fainted on seeing the results.
