After record crowds last month, Broken Home up's the ante to bring a world first DJ and Semi Live set by one of Australia's most creative and musically talented producers; Andy Page. From the southern depths of Tasmania, side-stepping into the Victorian College of the Arts and catapulting himself to work with Phil K under the sobriquet "Hifi Bugs", became only the beginning.

This musical wonder boy from Oz rolled up his sleeves and skills to work with dance music's heavyweights, Sasha on the 'Xpander' EP and, 'Airdrawn Dagger' album, BT on his 'Movement in Still life' album and also providing support to Adam Freeland on his current album 'now and them'. His remixology then expanded to include Madonna, Greece 2000 & Miro before returning back home.

Working with local talents and casting his production genius onto the Australian music industry, AP has worked with such diverse acts as Groove Terminator, co-producing 'Electrifying Mojo', touring and remixing Wicked Beat Sound System as well as Hamish and, working with Abi Tucker on her debut album. Working with other rising Australian stars including Scrambler, Mortar & Pestle & Poxy Music, Andy shares his knowledge for the growth of the Australian dance music community.

Andy's latest works put the final dagger into the curiosity of any sceptic's coffin. Not withstanding around the clock pressure and a deadline shorter than the time it takes to fill a tank of petrol, Andy was commissioned by local act Nubreed and Phil K to work on their newly titled remix 'To Know'. Currently #35 on the ARIA Dance Charts, the 'Squaw Bush F.ART mix' which includes Broken Home residents Mangan and Keltec, was a testament to Andy's collaborative efforts to deliver a devastating remix on time and 'under budget'.

Andy's most notable release however, comes from working with George Clinton and Marscruiser to create 'Elementalelectrofunk', which has been rocking Melbourne dance floors over the last 6 months and is now featured on The Meat Katie, Uberzone, Phil K and Keltec mix compilations.

Considered a man of the world, Andy's heart (and place) is where the music is, so it's difficult to find Andy at a particular place in time for too long, but Broken Home have managed to secure this great fine land's great fine electronica producer in a one off, exclusive show that is set to shake the rafters and once again, put palms on the ceiling.

So join Andy Page alongside local residents Keltec, Dan Mangan, Brewster B, for a night of sheer pleasure, complete with cool vibes, great atmosphere, LIVE local music, and naturally … boogalicious beats! (Batteries sold separately)

General Admission entry is a microscopic $10 and even includes a humorous badge of random silliness, 'Broken Home Is Sweet!' lolly bag, free cloakroom and a fridge magnet! Or, Door List entry is '$5 and a cheesy smile from our door staff' if you manage to get on our gaggle-of-blaggers list.
