London acid teckno star Guy Geezer McAffer will be playing live at Tidy Trax next Magna hard house festival, headlining alongside Anne Savage. Mark EG and Nick Sentience (on May 1, Rotherham).

Tickets for the all night 5,000 capacity event went on sale this week, with special 'early-bird offer price of £30 per head for clubbers purchasing their tickets before March 3rd.

The gig marks a highpoint for Geezer, who first made his name in the early 90s playing with crusty favourites/ agit-pop outfit Back To The Planet, before going on to help invent acid teckno (coincidentally alongside his old bandmate D.A.V.E. The Drummer).

Living London's squat party scene to the full, the seriously hardcore character spent much of the second of the 90s DJing and performing in free parties staged in derelict warehouses, usually in the rougher tougher parts of London. For Tidy's Magna party he'll be performing in an arena containing 'an 11 story high sci-fi view which has to be seen to be believed', Tidy promises.

additional DJs include Lisa Lashes, BK, amber D, Eddie Halliwell.
