US Drug Czar Violates The RAVE Act

Drug Policy Alliance chief Bill Piper mocked US drug chief John Walters this week, after the Drug Czar complained that Mexican gangs are growing marijuana in state owned national parks in the US.

"It's a good thing for the Federal Government that it's not subject to the same laws that the rest of us are," he said.

"If it was, it would have to indict itself under the RAVE Act, which punishes innocent property owners who fail to stop drug offences on their property," he pointed out.
