DJ Rolando, the Detroit producer whose Knights of the Jaguar remains one of the biggest techno anthems of the last decade, has announced details of a new mix CD, Nite: life 16, which will be his first commercial mix CD to be released outside the confines of his Underground Resistance (UR) camp.

The house and techno mix comes out on NRK Records in October and is impressively varied, ranging from soulful vocal house cuts from the likes of Terrence Parker and Gene Farris to beautifully melancholic string drenched anthems from Jeff Mills, Adam Beyer and Toob. Rolando has also confirmed he'll shortly be releasing the follow up to Knights Of the Jaguar, 'Aguila', meaning Eagle, which will be released on UR shortly.

He's almost certain to be showcasing the track this weekend in London, when he headlines Base's London party this weekend (Saturday 8th) at Dopamine, Studio 33.
