Terrorist Drag Queen Alert Issued Across America

America's Department of Homeland Security issued an alert to law enforcement agencies this week, urging cops to be on the lookout for Al Qaida suicide bombers dressed in drag.

"Previous attacks underscore Al-Qaeda's ability to employ suicide bombers," the alert warned.

"Terrorists will employ novel methods to artfully conceal suicide devices. Male bombers may dress as females in order to discourage scrutiny."

The alert prompted the National Transgender Advocacy Coalition (NTAC) to issue their own statement warning members to expect 'unwitting abuses' both at airports and anywhere else they go dressed up.

"Crossdressers should seriously consider doing any air travel in male garb until reaching their destination," the NTAC advised.

"With a focus on soft targets, even more casual pursuits such as shopping or going to restaurants could also potentially draw scrutiny."

The US alert coincided with an odd story published on Middle East press agency Al Jazeera's website this week, concerning a lesbian convention trying to restrict entry to 'female-born' lesbians.

"Organisers of an Australian lesbian festival have run into a politically correct storm after being accused of discriminating against transsexuals," said Al Jazeera.

"The festival is due to be held in bushland in January at Daylesford in Victoria state."
