Speedy J's Tanga Returns to the Dance Floor

Speedy J is maintaining his renewed interest in dance floor electronic music for his upcoming new single Tanga, his first release since last year's album Loudboxer.

The Dutch producer helped pioneer hard techno in the early 90s before venturing off into highly experimental, often ambient areas (best realised on his 1998 co-production with U-ziq Slag Boom Van Loon) though retuned to club music, as the new millennium began.

The new EP comes in three versions- Tannga, Taanga and Tangga- and as the spelling suggests, each mix is distinguished by subtle differences rather than any radical reworking.

Tanga is out on Novamute on May 12.
