Saturday, April 5, 2003Zach De La Rocha, the former frontman of agit-rappers Rage Against The Machine has teamed up with DJ Shadow to record an ant-war track March of Destruction, which he's made available on a website of the same name. The sites includes a ferocious verbal assault on the Bush administration branding the war on Iraq as being 'without legal or moral justification."
"Lies, sanctions, and cruise missiles have never created a free and just society, only everyday people can do that," he says on the site.
"Which is why I'm joining the millions world wide who have stood up to oppose the Bush administration's attempt to expand the U.S. empire at the expense of human rights at home and abroad." Tags
