DJ Yousef became a victim of Britain's recent cold snap last weekend, breaking several ribs when his car crashed due to snowy conditions. The Liverpool based houseman broke several ribs, while his driver required 60 stitches following the crash, which took place as they drove back from a gig at Reading University.

Though not seriously hurt, doctors have advised him to avoid flying or driving long distances leading to him cancelling a number of gigs over the next few weeks. Despite his physical discomfort, he will, however, be turning up at his own Circus party in Liverpool, where he'll be joined on the decks by Danny Rampling and Jon Carter.

"I will be there in some capacity and will be DJing, but I won't be joining in the fun like I usually do," said Yousef,

"I'll just be behind the decks all night so no-one bumps into me, so please no-one start bashing me The worst thing about it all is that I can't laugh as it still hurts so much."
