Without a doubt one of the biggest, if not the BIGGEST name on the international music scene, this Italian DJ and producer has been causing global mayhem with his exceptional DJ and producing skills.

On the 19th April, Mauro Picotto will be descending on the Ministry of Sound decks to demonstrate to the UK exactly what the world is talking about. This will see the England launch of Meganite, his global tour that will take him to some of the best clubs in the world kicking off in NY on the 15th March at The Arc, then Club Space in Miami on the 19th March, with other dates to include Amsterdam, Glasgow, Dublin, Tokyo and Montreal.

MAURO PICOTTO

"Meganite is an electronic music lifestyle, which hopes to create an environment where the music is more important than the DJ's. It aims to give the very best electronic musical experience by the very best DJ's showcasing their skills and talents. It's been a really exciting 6 months for me. I left BXR records in December 2002 to concentrate on new production projects and now we're launching the London Leg of Meganite at world famous Ministry Of Sound. By the end of 2003 we will have launched world-wide but I feel the London leg is particularly important due to it's positioning within the Dance Music Industry. I hope Meganite along with some of the best underground electronic DJ's will underline my change in musical direction"

Phil Sales, Ministry of Sound

For Mauro to choose us for his London base is fantastic, having him as our own for 2003 will without a doubt create an impressive partnership"

Mauro will also be joined by Phil Kieran, Agoria and resident John Askew in the BOX, in the BAR will be Jim Labisko, Marc Hughes and Gareth Cooke, whilst Paul Farris' turns the BABY BOX Housexy.
