Mark Moore Launches London Electro Club (Thursday Oct 23)

S Express/ Skrufff columnist Mark Moore has teamed up with renowned Eurobeat 2000 promoter Frankie D to launch a weekly electro-based night at Soho basement club Madame Jo Jos.

"The night's called Electrogogo, one half is electro, the other half gogo which means anything we want it to be, whether that's disco, the lovely sound of punk-funk, or old stuff that we like," Mark told Skrufff.

"We want a crowd that feel free to dress up if they so wish but are there primarily for the music. This place is going to be my new living room on a Thursday night where I can invite my friends and have a laugh."

Mark stressed he sees the club as being a low key affair rather than heavily hyped.

"My involvement is mainly on the DJ/ music side of the club, getting bands in which I think makes Madame Jo Jos perfect. I don't want to make a big deal out of it, at the end of the day most clubs are just clubs, they're not something that's going to change the world and if they are world-changing, like a club such a Shoom, no-one knows it at the time."
