London Pirates Promise To Capture Docklands Island (17 May)

Space Hijackers, the party activists behind last month's London Underground Circle Line Party, are staging a 'pirate party' this Saturday afternoon on an island in the heart of London's Docklands.

"Our band of merry pirates shall reclaim an island from the international corporations, and gentrified flats that now control the Docklands," the party organisers announced on their website this week.

"Setting sail from Limehouse Basin, we shall ferry pirates across the water to the island for an afternoon of dancing, drinking and cutlass fighting!"

Interested revellers are advised to bring eye-patches and rum and to head for Limehouse. For more information check the website.
