The second release on INERTIA RECORDINGS. After the success of "Before You Leave" (as featured in the high-profile Levis Twisted Jeans ad), Finland's beatiest darlings PEPE DELUXÉ have returned with some next-level sonic experimentation. Consisting of core members, JAMES SPECTRUM and JA JAZZ, Pepe Deluxe work with samples, live vocalists and instrumentation to create a unique mix of retro and futuristic flavours. Their debut album 'Super Sound' received amazing critical response when first released in 1999 and this positive response continued on its re-release in 2001. 'Beatitude' contains the singles "Salami Fever" (TRIPLE J HIGH ROTATION) and the stunning "Girl!", as well as the forthcoming single "Lying Peacefully". 34 musicians from around the world were used on this album to develop the band's skills at replaying and recreating original sounds and textures.
