Hairy Chested Radio 1 DJ Lets It All Hang Out

Chris Coco contacted Skrufff this week to correct last week's story about his 'luxurious' hairy chest, complaining, "I never said luxurious, 'sparse' might be better, or 'patchy'."

The downtempo maestro admitted, however, that he's recently started wearing low cut vests though denied he'd been inspired by YSL designer Tom Ford's decree that hairy chests are now trendy.

"I thought it was fashionable to have no hair at all," said Chris.

"For me, showing it off is about finally getting over the embarrassment of what you look like."

Despite Chris' protestations, Sunday Times columnist Claudia Croft agreed with Tom Ford's declaration that 'hairy chests are cool', suggesting they separate 'the men from the under developed boys'.

"The kind of man who is concerned about removing his chest hair is likely to be the sort who will steal your moisturiser, and willingly wear your knickers without you even having to say: 'Oh go on, babe, just for me'." she claimed.

Chris refused to discuss his underwear preferences.
