David Shayman, the 22 year old Detroit native otherwise known as Disco D, is set to release a new mix album this June, A Night at the Booty Bar, which includes highly unusual messages of thanks on the accompanying sleeve notes.

"Thanks are in order to my entire family for their love and support, despite my fucked up choice of career," he says.

"And an especially big thank you goes out to everyone who has hated on me, my music and has tried to hold me back- you just inspired me to bust ass harder."

The mix CD features 30 ultra-fast ghetto-tech tracks, mostly by himself, DJ Assault and DJ Godfather plus Disco D's finest moment to date, the superlative 'Fuck Me On the Dancefloor (a collaboration with the lovely Princess Superstar).
