French DJ D'Julz will be headlining the opening night of a new monthly party at new Kings Cross venue The Key called Foreign Muck, which aims to introduce underground DJs from mainland Europe to London's packed party circuit.

"Many people will not have heard of all of our guest DJs, but we intend to build such a reputation that people will come along simply because they know the music will rock," said promoter Mark Meyer this week.

"The DJs we will be inviting are legends in their home territory, but due to the 'closed shop' nature of the UK club scene, they never or rarely get to play in London. We want to give some of this fantastic talent a chance to play to a clued-up London crowd."

Future guests at the single dance floor venue include Germany's Steve Bug, Switzerland's Luciano and Chloe from Paris, plus Ivan Smagghe.
