The First Ever Free Outdoor Electronic Event in the Heart of the CBD, Federation Square.

On Saturday September 20 2003, Melbourne will unite with 120 events in over 50 countries to create the world's largest synchronised dance festival for World Peace. Earthdance Melbourne was initiated in 1998 and has developed from a nightclub event to a free daytime music festival. Held in Gasworks Arts Park in 2002, Earthdance attracted more than 3000 people and was an incredible creative success.

Earthdance Melbourne's continuing force is to create positive opportunities for young people through music, art and performance. In 2003, Earthdance moves to a high profile location, Federation Square, in the heart of Melbourne and will create a one-day music festival showcasing a broad range of electronic live acts and DJ's as well as gifted performance artists.
